Golden Hour – We Love, But What About Blue Hour For Your Couples Photoshoot?
A BLUE HOUR couples photoshoot in the Crowsnest Pass, Alberta – HECK YES! Vic found me through Instagram and I was SO excited when she asked me to do this shoot for her and Tristan. As soon as I received their questionnaire back to help plan for their couples session, I knew that we clicked and I couldn’t wait to meet them both in person. I truly laughed and had tears in my eyes reading through their responses.
The journey to the shoot was nothing short of an adventure – google maps ended up taking me to the very WRONG location, thankfully, I had service so I was able to find my way back and to the right spot. I met up with Vic + Tristan and their insanely sweet and fluffy pup Draegen. I cannot tell you HOW INCREDIBLY ADORABLE these two are together. They brought a picnic basket and some very expensive wine – because you pick the wine out by the label right!? SAME. We got some sweet shots with them and their pup overlooking the insane river in the Crowsnest Pass and then it was their turn to make some CUTE, romantic memories just the two of them. I asked them what kind of music they liked to listen to and if they liked Zach Bryan and OF COURSE they did! I threw on some Zach Bryan, they danced and I cried HAHA! It was honestly the sweetest thing and you could just tell how much they loved each other. They were looking for a vintage, romantic photos that told their love story and it was such an honor for me to show them their love through my lens. Here are a few of my favorites from the session.
